Thank you so much for the wonderful basket of goodies via Debbie the Coffee Lady. What a lovely surprise! Styly at Home is one of my favourite magazines and so nice to get an Entertainment Book (We dont have one this year)...and of course the Purdy's Chocolates are delicious and a very timely treat after some exhausting days. :-) We will enjoy the coffee over the next while too.

After eleven months it will seem odd not to have you all inour lives on a daily basis; you are a great team and we have appreciated all your efforts on our behalf. Geoff, we knew you were there when we needed you and although we got off to a rough start re price, with everyone working together we ere able to acheive our goal of selling in Shawnigan Lake and moving back to Victoria. It is so nice to be back in Victoria and we are pleased how little time it take us to visit friends and family, go grocery shopping etc.....and no long drive home in rain, sleet, snow or fog!! (The movers were loading the truck with the snow falling down on the 31st but sunshine on Quadra Street!!) Our move with Bekins Movers went very well.

Could any of you enlighten us as to who left eh bottle of wine and can of beer in teh fridge for us? Another nice surprise and we would like to thank them.

"I wanted to start by saying that the old adage “it’s better to under promise and over deliver” are words to live by in a business that deals with people, however it is a very rare thing to see in this day and age. From the time we met Geoff at our home we felt a quiet confidence in his approach and the way he discussed our needs with us. We interviewed four other top realtors in Victoria and felt that Geoff and his team had the best mix of experience and personality to get the job done. The market here was beginning to soften at the time we listed our home. All of the realtors including Geoff said it would take around 30-45 days on average to sell the home. Well… my wife and I were blown away when we received an offer for almost our full asking price in less than two weeks! I was optimistic that we would have a decent amount of showings when we listed with Geoff but the quantity of booked appointments exceeded even my highest expectations. I attribute this to the quality of Geoff’s networking and marketing abilities to tell other realtors about the property to bring in potential buyers.
