He has been one of the top Re/Max Realtors in the Victoria area since 1990, a Victoria Real Estate Board MLS Gold Award winner for more than a decade, and has won many other awards over the years. Geoff is backed by his full-time assistant Jodi Baker, which frees him to pay attention to the important things, like you. A receptionist is on duty at Re/Max Camosun 8-8 weekdays and 9-5 on weekends so that you can talk to a "real person". He is equipped with a pager and cellular phone, so he can stay connected with his office and with you, the client.

Jodi Baker is a third generation Realtor, literally growing up in the business since her mother (Heather Wilde), and grandmother were Realtors in Victoria, when she was young.  After completing her marketing diploma at Camosun College, Jodi decided to follow in their footsteps and become a Real Estate Agent as well.  Jodi was licensed in 1991, and joined Re/Max Camosun at that time.  Since 2003 Jodi has been working with Geoff, and hasn't looked back.  She now balances selling Real Estate with being a mom to two wonderful kids.

Heather Wilde was raised in Winnipeg and graduated from both the University of Winnipeg (Bachelor of Arts) and the University of Manitoba Faculty of Education. Since 1976 she has consistently been a Gold Award winning realtor in Victoria. Heather has been enthusiastically helping families like yours to fulfill their real estate needs in every area of the city and in every price range. Many of her former clients have become close friends, and many of her close friends have become clients. That says a lot...

Laura Moreland grew up Burnaby, B.C. later moving with her family to Prince George when she was about to start high school.  After graduating with a Legal Secretary Diploma from a business school in Kelowna, she decided to start her career in Real Estate as an office administrator and then conveyancing secretary.  Laura worked in the conveyancing department here at Re/Max Camosun from 2004 to mid 2007, before deciding she was interested in the sales aspect of Real Estate.  She joined Geoff, Jodi and Heather in August and is loving it!
